How colo access lists work in Switzerland
The engineer cannot invent a badge at the door. File the list before anyone travels.
Swiss facilities treat the access list as a security control, not a formality. If the name, ID type, window, and escort rule are wrong, the visit dies at reception — even if your change ticket is perfect.
What to put on the list
- Full legal name as on the ID
- ID type (passport / national ID) and company
- Arrival window in CET / CEST
- Cage, suite, or meet-me point
- Escorted vs unescorted rule
- Who on your side can approve a late arrival
