A field IT desk built around Switzerland

Simaks exists so a ticket in Zurich, Geneva, or Basel does not wait on a flight. We are honest about the legal entity and serious about the floor.

SIMAKS IT SOLUTION LTD is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales. The registered office is Unit A1253, SIU Office, 4–6 Greatorex Street, London E1 5NF, United Kingdom. The work that pays the bills is on-site IT in Switzerland: Smart Hands, data center installs, network changes, break/fix, fiber, and multi-site rollouts.

We started as a field house because remote tools stop at the cage door. Swiss buyers were already paying for someone to fly in. We staffed the metros instead — Zurich first, then Geneva, Basel, Bern, Lausanne, and Zug — and kept Europe and the UK on the same desk for customers whose map is wider than the Confederation.

What we will not pretend

We are not a Swiss GmbH. We do not sell an exclusive partnership with any colo operator. We do not promise a four-hour SLA on every Alpine postcode. Those claims rank for a week and then fail the first real ticket.

What we do promise is a 24/7 desk, engineers who can work German or French on the floor, change control you can file, and metro response in Zurich and Geneva that is typically under four hours once access and parts are confirmed.

How the company is run

One dispatch queue. Tickets are scoped before travel: site, access, language, parts, window. The engineer arrives with the visitor data you filed. Close notes, photos, and serials go back to your NOC or PSA. Partners can run us white-label; direct buyers can write to hello@simaks.uk.

Compliance

Personal data from the website and from Swiss visits is handled under UK GDPR and, where it applies, the Swiss nFADP. Read the privacy notice and the field-data note. Company details sit on the imprint.
